The second edition of the spectacular Ghent Light Festival held in Belgium displayed quite a few interesting projects. The theme of this year was happiness and music and one of the focal points of the festival was this amazing 28 meters high Cathedral Art Installation made from 55,000 LED Lights.

Swedish artist Sanna Dullaway renders iconic black-and-white photographs in colour, utilizing primarily Photoshop CS5. Dullaway, who offers a recolouring and restoration service for old photographs, undertook the works– alongside processing old family photos– as a personal project.
The color company PANTONE has selected ‘tangerine tango’ as the color of the year for 2012. Described as ‘a spirited reddish orange’, the colour ‘provides the energy boost we need to recharge and move forward.’
LIQUID-DO is an interactive audio-visual performance with sound generation based on chemical process of coloured liquids.

Amazing photograph series by Los Angeles based artist Brice Bischoff, specialize in photo-based work. This series was realized in Los Angeles, the Bronson Caves are famous for their use in cinema as a stage set to countless movies and television shows, mainly from the western and science fiction genres.

French automaker Citroën has brought pop artist Francoise Nielly to reinterpret the color scheme of its Survolt, a diminutive electric concept sports car unveiled earlier this year in Geneva. The result is the multicolored show car you see here, which will be displayed at C42, Citroen’s Champs-Elysées flagship showroom in Paris.
